Just like the nonstick pans you've used over the years, Earth Pan cookware is formulated to provide excellent food release without use of cooking oils, and the pans are easy to clean. The coating does not contain PTFE and PFOA, substances often used in nonstick cookware that have raised health concerns over the years.
